Returns and Refunds

Biosantepharma.com wants to deliver 100% satisfaction with its services and products. Yet, we do also understand that clients may want to receive a return and refund on several occasions, so we are ready to make advances with such requests.

Return Policy

• With us, you have 30 days to return your received medications and be eligible for a full refund with no questions – if your medication has not been opened.
• You are eligible for a 50% refund if your medication has been opened.
• To qualify for the partial/full refund, the package should be returned to our pharmacy via regular mail within 30 days straight. The reshipping is free.

In case you did not receive your product from us within the specified time on your order, we will reship it at our expense. If you did not receive your product via overseas order within the specified time on your order, we will also reship it at our expense. Note, it applies to lost packages only. In case of natural disasters or any other unforeseen occasions delays, you are not eligible for a reship/refund

Cancellation Policy

You can always cancel your order. Yet, there are several rules. There is no cancellation of the order once received, and confirmed by the client. If you want to cancel it, make sure you inform us about such intentions during the shipping stage only.
